SHIPPING AND REFUNDS



Packaging
We try to package all your purchases as safely as possible for its long journey to your home. Perishables such as coffee will be placed in a plastic bag to further ensure freshness. Gold, rocks, crafts,seeds, cuttings, nuts or leaves will be also placed in a bag or box as appropriate. Stamps, bills or coins will be backed by carboard to avoid creasing or rubbing. We package our items within 24 hours of payment. We will try to use the best container possible to help reduce shipping costs and increase safe delivery.
Shipping
We deposit our packages at the post office every other day except weekends and holidays. The cost of shipping includes packaging, delivery and postage. We use the most economical method available as postage is calculated by a formula using both weight and volume of the package. The average delivery time to North America is about 3 to 5 weeks. For European destinations it is about 4 to 6 weeks. Other locations may be more. For an added cost we can ship alternative methods that may speed up your delivery. Please be patient. We are careful to ship everything in a timely manner. Please be aware that the odd time customs may delay delivery even more. Plant material may be confiscated depending on your country or location.
Promotional Shipping
When it comes to Flora and vegetable matter, we recognize that there is a risk of customs confiscation or weather related damage. In order to reduce that risk, we will add a few extra of the purchased flora item for free. In addition, items that do not originate from Costa Rica are shipped free! Duties and other charges are the buyers responsibility

Returns and Refunds
As hard as we try,there may be the rare occasion that your package fails to arrive. If after 8 weeks,you do not receive your package,we will either reemburse you or send another package to you. Please make sure your address is correct. If your item is not to your full satisfaction, you will be able to return it for a full refund. Please contact us prior to sending the item back to us.
